note: This is the Orginal Version of Code of Honor
Last Updated 3/2/07
The Code of Conduct is an ethical guide to doing business in an honest and practical manner. All people behaving in a moral way and doing business in an ethical way give more the society. All Partnership members and TCEs are required to swear to this Code of Conduct before they can conduct any business.
Potential investors are requirement to read this in order to receive 1 free share of TC Stock. Read the CCC and email me your reaction. Would you agree to this? Why or why not? Explain your side.
“I, David W Coon, pledge to always conduct business as described in the CCC. This is my oath to equality, honesty, honor in the hope to attain public trust, of my company and me. All is details in the Company Code of Conduct (CCC).”
To: Employees and Partners
If you wish to be an employee of DWC TCo. or if you wish to do any business with the PTP (Public Trust Partnership) or any of their affiliates, you have to read and respond to this proposed code of conduct. If you do not agree with it, why? If there is anything that you do not agree too do, say so now.
All Employees and Partners must agree, sign, and keep a copy of the CCC. The reason for this is if everyone conducts business ethically as defined in this code of conduct, then we will be successful as a group of educated individuals. I believe that…
“...combined (ethical behavior) and intellectual efforts, instead of simple uncoordinated ones, in order that the crowd may be fed, clothed and housed and moved from place to place (live a basic standard of life). Because more complex and intense the intellectual effort means fuller and richer life. They mean more life.”
Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr
With that said, there are only four basic truths that you have to swear to in order to conduct business with us. To gain the most complete sense of well-being and honor, you must swear to live your life by it (full commitment). Until you are ready to do that, you have to swear to always conduct business truthfully, honorability, honestly and equally (Basic commitment).
Everything in the Universe is connected…
Four Truths of the Company Code of Honor
(Basic commitment (Newbie), Full commitment (Trust Member))
HCCode item 1. Public Trust
You swear to always be truthful; because the public trusts you. (Note: all your business transactions can be publicly reviewed, everything is public).
You can always trust your fellow business partners on all business related transaction. All formal business conversations can be summarized and noted in email conversations. Make sure that all information that is transmitted by email is correct, because we keep all business interactions by email on record.
Should there be a dispute, we shall settle it as civilized people in a Trusted Partnership Community. Email records will be used as evidence, and your pledge not to violate your sworn word will be considered.
Code item 1.5 ARBITRATION AGREEMENT - Please read carefully.
This is an agreement to arbitrate disputes that may arise as a result of complaints from you, me or other partners, about anything that needs resolution. If a dispute arises about any issue involving the codes in this document, binding arbitration before a member partner will resolve all issues of complaints.
(This means that you will not be able to have the dispute settled by a trial in a capitalist’s court system or before a jury of non-partners. All arbitration will be done before a jury of fully committed Trust members. Other rights that you would have if you went to court may not be available or may be more limited in arbitration, including your right to appeal.)
You have no need to worry about the validity of any business information, because all business information is public, including all money quotes.
By agreeing to this code of conduct, you are making a Public Trust statement that you agree to do business as such. You can use this agreement as a reference to any potential business transactions that you feel the element of trust is needed. You simply are more trusted by the community after signing.
Full commitment requirements: You swear to live life in a manner that would always be respected and honored in the public community. You are truly committed to public trust as a concept and are justly a model citizen.
HCCode item 2. Honor
Honor is the measure of one's virtues and his or her status within society. Accordingly, individuals are assigned worth and stature based on a harmony between their own code of honor and that of the society.
All employees and partners swear to always conduct business in an honorable systemic way. This means that you are doing business that benefits both you and the customers. You are helping a fellow person, you are working to making both parties (you and the clients) as satisfied as possible.
“Honor is not always an exact science; whenever you don’t know if what your doing is right, ask yourself ‘what would I want if I was on the receiving end of this business transaction?’ If the answer is, ‘Yes, I would be okay on the receiving end of this’, then you have nothing to worry about.”
Questionable situations will arise and all we ask you is to do your best and to be as honorable as you can. We will settle all disputes within the company as professionals, in an organized and mature way.
Full commitment requirements: Oath of Honour: “I swear my life to always be honorable. I swear never to take more than I deserve. I shall always help those who I can, as long as it does not impede with my own goals. Full committed means to pledge to fight in the name of honor, and to realize the vision of an honorable society. This CCC is part of my personal code of honor. I am a Trust member because I am making the world a better place.”
HCCode item 3. Honesty
“Honesty is the quality of communicating and acting Truthful and with fairness, as best as one can, always.”
You never have to feel the need to lie or mislead others. Even if you mean no harm, or wish to conceals embarrassment, honesty is always the best policy. If you have made a mistake, be honest, and we as a team will take care of the situation. You never should have the need lie, to anyone, about anything.
You agree that you will do your best to check all business email conversations before sending because emails are legal records of honesty. Mistakes will happen, but in the most part, you are reasonable for everything that you say in your emails as truth. You are agreeing now that you will always be honest and truthful, as best as you can. This is the only Part you have must agree to for all business transactions and in your personal life too. If everyone agrees to be honest, we can make the world a better place.
There is no room for dishonesty outside the workplace. You are completely free to have your own opinion, you have your constitutional right of free speech, however, you cannot purposely lie to someone. Lying for you own personal benefit or profit, at the cost of someone else expensive, will result in exile from the company. Depending on the severity of the instant(s).
“There is no way to get away with lying to the public in this age of information.”
Full commitment requirements: Same as Basic commitment; also includes that you will you will promote honesty in everything that you do. Spread the word; honesty and honor have returned to this world, and we all are going to live better lives.
HCCode item Four Equality
We are completely committed to ensuring as much equality as we can. There will be differences in pay and life styles between partnership members, however there will be no massive amount of material inequality. Should the Public Trust become a success, everyone is going to enjoy equal benefits from the success of the Public coordination of intelligence.
Full commitment requirements: Material inequality is omnipresent in the current international economy. We as a intelligence public force are going to change this. Moreover, since those who enjoy the greatest material wealth are not likely willing to part with it, some mechanism must exist in the transitional period before material equality can take its place. We will find this ‘mechanism’.
You also agree that all Trust members ought to have the basic standard of living (Bsol). You must agree that you will sacrifice whatever is needed to make sure that all fully committed Trust members have the Bsol. This includes everything that one would need to live a happy and prosperous life, such as housing, healthcare, nutrition, education and leisure time. Once everyone has these basic needs taken care of, then you can work to earn more. This is pack that binds all of us Trust members together, and we vow to take care of each other, we are insuring the best survival for all of us.
Conclusion
There is much more that is going to be added to this document as time goes on. There is going to be much change in the content of the Company Code of Conduct, many amendments will be added as more issues become present. The four truths will never change.
